A memorial honouring Empire Air Training Scheme (EATS) aviators who served in the Royal Australian Air Force during World War Two was unveiled at the front gate of RAAF Base Wagga on June 8.
RAAF veteran and author Tony Brady received acknowledgement by the prestigious Mander Jones Awards for his 2019 book on the Empire Air Training Scheme (EATS).
It was 1940 and World War II was in full swing.
